Graduated Grand Valley State University with a BBA in Business/Finance. He followed in his father's footsteps with a passion for residential design and new home construction. He has been designing and building award winning custom homes for almost 20 years. Gary enjoys being on the jobsite, not only providing the construction management, but also putting his talents to good use with working side by side with the crews. Having your builder onsite gives you the peace and reassurance that you are receiving the quality and outcome you expect. Gary has earned a reputation for professionalism, outstanding character and true integrity unparalleled in the custom home building industry. When Gary isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lori and their two children.
Gary Byker
Has been designing homes and interiors for over 10 years. Her home designs are known in the industry as being well thought out, good use of space and impressive. Her interior design style is known to reflect a timeless, ageless and warm and welcoming environment. Janel begins the design process with the end vision in mind. Unlike many designers, Janel has the construction knowledge and knowhow to accomplish that vision onsite. Her days are composed of jobsite meetings with the crews and vendors, design sessions with homeowners, product research and selecting the perfect element for the final touch. Her imprint has been featured in many magazines and also known as a “must see” during the Parade of Homes. In Janel's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Jarrod and their four children.
